Training is a great way to learn or hone the skills relevant to one’s professional career and organizational goals. To achieve that, organizations and individuals should use the Employee Training Tracker to manage training data in a single, easy to use solution.
To start using the Employee Training Tracker, clear out the sample data and begin listing all the relevant training and its respective trainees.
Determine the internal deadlines that the individual or organization expects and reach out to the relevant parties to set up the training dates. As the training is provided and completed, update the ‘Completion’ column accordingly. Use the slicers to track specific information as needed.
